Čokolino Dark cake
This cake brings the recognizable taste of a beloved children’s meal in a more sophisticated form.

165 g egg
90 g banana
120 g apple
5 g Baking powder2 g sol

Biscuit
Mix the dry ingredients: Čokolino Dark, buckwheat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Peel and grate the apples, and mash the banana. In a bowl, add the eggs and gently whisk them with a whisk.
Add the apples, banana, and dry ingredients, and mix everything together.
Line a 20 cm diameter mold with baking paper and pour in the batter, then bake. Once the cake has cooled, spread chocolate ganache cream over it, chill, and decorate.
Ganache cream
Whip the cream and pour it over the chopped chocolate.
Stir with a silicone spatula until the chocolate melts and the cream achieves a smooth and shiny texture.
Tip
You can decorate the cake with currants and pansy flowers.
