Preparation instructions: Pour 1 dl of cold water into a tall container. Add the contents of the packet to the water and stir. Mix the mixture with an electric mixer until the desired firmness is achieved.

You can serve the whipped foam as a delicious dessert or use it to decorate cakes, pastries, fruit salads, ice cream, or coffee.

 

For a firmer whipped foam, prepare it with a reduced amount of water (up to 20%).
