Cake with pudding and Lino cookies

Ingredients

80 g Vanilla pudding

200 g sugar

800 ml milk

150 g margarine

300 g Lino keksolino cookies

100 g Plum molasses

Preparation steps

Weight for 30 portions – 1.3 kg (for a mold 30 x 11 cm)

Mix the pudding powder and sugar with 100 ml of milk.

Add the margarine to the remaining milk and place it over low heat until it boils. Remove from heat and, while stirring, add the beaten pudding powder. Return to heat and cook for 1-2 minutes.

In the hot pudding, mix in the cookies and pour the prepared mixture into a mold that you have previously lined with cling film.

Tip

For this cake, you can use any flavor of pudding.

Serving

Cool the cake, remove it from the mold, and drizzle with plum jam.
