Pulled beef with pasta

Ingredients

500g Podravka Pulled Beef-a (POUCH) 400g Golden field of rolled wide noodles

Preparation steps

The meat is seasoned and vacuum-packed, thermally processed, so for preparation, it is enough to separate the chosen amount of meat along with the sauce, place it in a suitable container, and heat it covered in a pan for 5-10 minutes.

In salted boiling water, add the pasta, stir well, and cook until al dente. This will take about 5 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta, and reserve some of the cooking liquid (about 1 cup).

Using a fork, shred the heated pulled beef into pieces.

Stir in the drained pasta, add cooking liquid as needed, and briefly heat together to combine the ingredients.

You can add 200 ml of Podravka Passata to the pulled beef to get more sauce for the pasta.

Grate the cheese and serve warm.

Tip

You can use the leftover pulled beef to prepare burgers, sandwiches, tortillas, tacos, or serve it with rice, gnocchi, or polenta. Keep the leftover pulled beef in the refrigerator and heat it before use.
